Treadmill - 4 miles in 34:30

Just watched some playoff NFL football while on the tread down at Snap. 

4 miles, 34:30, 1/2 mile cool down walk, Pegasus shoes

I'm posting this several days after the fact and haven't run in the meantime. I need to get back at it. It's not freezing cold outside (near 50 today again!) so I don't have any excuses. Tomorrow...
